Red Chair AI ("Red Chair"), with offices in Lagunilla, Heredia, Costa Rica, is the controller of the personal data collected through redchairai.com. Contact: hello@redchairai.com.

Contact and account data: name, email, phone, delivery and billing address, hashed password.

Order data: products, amounts, payment methods (we do not store the full card number), purchase and subscription history.

Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser, pages viewed, and usage events collected via cookies and similar technologies.

Optional data: product quiz answers, reviews, preferences, and any communications you send us.

Processing orders, subscriptions, payments, and deliveries (contract performance).

Handling inquiries, returns, and customer service (contract performance and legitimate interest).

Sending personalized marketing communications where consent is provided, with the ability to opt out at any time.

Complying with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

Preventing fraud and abuse and protecting Site security (legitimate interest).

We share data only with processors that provide services to us under contract and confidentiality obligations: payment processors, carriers, hosting and analytics providers, transactional email platform, and marketing tools. We do not sell your personal data.

Some providers may process data outside Costa Rica. In such cases we apply adequate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.

We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purposes and to comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting records for the tax limitation period). Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymized.

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction of processing, and portability. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications. To exercise these rights, write to hello@redchairai.com indicating your request and a means to verify your identity. In Costa Rica you may file complaints with the Data Protection Agency (PRODHAB).

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (TLS encryption, access control, backups, environment segregation) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; in the event of an incident affecting your data we will follow the applicable legal procedures.

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you become aware of such a case, please notify us so we can delete it.

We may update this Policy. The new version, with its update date, will be published on this page.
