By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on redchairai.com (the "Site"), operated by Red Chair AI ("Red Chair", "we", "us"), you ("Customer" or "User") agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. However, we may correct errors and change prices, presentations, or availability at any time without prior notice. AI agent results depend on the information and channels the Customer provides; Red Chair does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

Prices are displayed in Costa Rican colones (USD) or US dollars (USD) according to user preference, and include VAT where applicable. The final total, taxes, delivery, and discounts included, is confirmed at checkout before payment.

We accept the payment methods enabled at checkout. Transactions are processed through PCI-DSS certified providers; Red Chair does not store full card data.

Submitting an order constitutes a purchase offer. Acceptance is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, lack of stock, or breach of these Terms, refunding any amounts charged.

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and on the Delivery page. Dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond Red Chair's control (carriers, weather, customs).

Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen cadence (for example, every 30 days) using the saved payment method. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account before the next billing date. Shipments already processed are not refunded.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@redchairai.com.

All Site content (Red Chair brand, logos, text, images, formulas, designs) is owned by Red Chair or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity.

By posting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Red Chair a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use that content for commercial and promotional purposes, while retaining ownership.

Digital services may not be suitable for everyone. Consult your physician before starting any digital solutionation, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Red Chair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Red Chair's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, together with its update date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
